After HHS, a few years @ UNM then a few years active duty US Navy.
Returned to UNM in 1968 to finish my architecture degree in 1971.
Worked in several architectural firms in ABQ then opened my own firm.
Got tired of beating my head against the wall and went to work for Uncle Sam , first as the Base Architect at Kirtland AFB, then Facility Manager at Dept of Energy. In 1992 moved to Seattle with US General Serves Administration (GSA) to build federal courthouses. In 2002 moved to Ft. Worth with GSA to build border crossings along the US/Mexico border. Retired from federal service in 2008. Joined Parsons as their Technical Director on a federal contract. Retired in 2010. Relocated to Clovis, CA in 2012. Moved back to Ft. Worth area in 2020.

She will be missed by many and cherished by a few.  We can all take some comfort in knowing the night sky over New Mexico has a new, bright star.  It's Nancy with that twinkle in her eye. RIP my friend.
