How wonderful to be coaching basketball for 32 years! Hope those storms passed u! I was able to go to Lahaina last week and finally connected to Joal and Joanne Dennis! They are moving to Atlanta after paddling season is over. We walked down Front St and he pointed out his office inside a church. He is in behavioral medicine and Joanne is a retired librarian! They treated me to an awesome lunch at Koa's on the waterfront.
Have a wonderful birthday. I'm still tracking down where we can get good supply of Kukui nut oil. So u and Susie the same bday! I'll be in touch w/ u!
Happy Birthday! I'll be there April 14 & 15 to visit Cissy. Would be fun to see u too!

Happy Birthday Mary! Sorry to have missed the reunion and re-connecting. Hope you had a nice birthday. I have a hula sister who lives down the street who has the same birthday and celebrated with food, music, a show by a talented performer with baseball sized glass balls, and jammed music with guitar, drums and all sorts of instruments. I had u there in spirit!
I am doing well. Today is my 4 yr anniversary of my diagnosis, on my son,s 42 nd birthday!!
Hi Cathy! Hauoli La Hanau! Hope it has been a fun day. Now you are OLD! haha, as if I were younger. I was sad to have missed the reunion and hope we have another at 70! It is nice just to be in touch via internet tho, And I am still healthy and alive so that is good too! I remember you went to Maui for your honeymoon..............Kaanapali I think it was. My very close friend moved to Treasure Island, Fl, is that anywhere near you? I will get there some day, I have never been to Florida!

Berta, Kept thinking about you all through your birthday & the last giant perigee moon - the Harvest Moon- and thinking of every full moon we would run out to see on the beach at Kailua. I am sure it was spectacular. We all missed you so much at the reunion. Yes, a cruise around the islands would be a fabulous reunion... maybe for our collective 70th birthdays in 2 years!!!!

So here is the hornet who was sampling my dinner !
Today my grandson ate with a little baby fork for the first time. He's trying so hard to take his first step !! Wonderful memories being created every day.
As I was sitting outside finishing my veggie burger at dinner I was reading the new posts on the Highland website for our reunion. Not once but three times a honeybee came and sat on it or was it a hornet ?? Some kind of omen? I'm thinking of all the great times that I had in high school so many people in so many classes, intramutals etc, go Hornets ! Tip a glass for me !

What a nice gesture for Tim to do for your brother. He had a good heart. Tim always make me laugh!
I was so looking forward to seeing you at the reunion! Grandma/nanny duty calls me and is my pride and joy. Every minute with him fills my heart with so much love. I will miss all of you and hope to see you at the 55th reunion! We play bubbles several times every day so I'll do bubbles for the class of 64 this weekend
